Our
Values
* The work of missions and mercy, and all that we do, is an
act of worship.
* When we think of the poor, we consider the spiritual, physical,
and emotional poor.
* We serve, remembering what God has done for us, striving
to reflect his love and mercy.
* We partner with missionaries, organizations, and ministries
already serving and effectively meeting needs.
* We want to serve people groups whom the larger church community
has ignored or given up on for all practical purposes.
* Investments will be few, but large, in prayer, correspondence,
finances, and participation.
* When we support missionaries, we seek to support them spiritually,
practically, and emotionally.
* Missions and church-planting efforts are most effective
when they seek to empower the leaders and ministers of the
gospel from within the location itself.
* We want to obediently respond to Jesus, who told us to go
and make disciples of all nations.
You,
my brothers, were called to be free. But do not use your freedom
to indulge the sinful nature; rather, serve one another in
love.
——Galatians
5:13
A
new command I give you. Love one another. As I have loved
you, so you must love one another. By this all men will know
that you are my disciples, if you love one another.
